Received a Notice from the IRS telling me I filed my 2020 Partnership Return Late.

The Penalty is $3280. I e-filed my return on March 15,2021 and received a confirmation

and acceptance email from Turbo Tax. What is my course of action now?

Call the toll-free number on your notice either to resolve the issue with your notice or to determine if you are eligible for First Time Penalty Abatement or other administrative waiver.

you do not want to use the first time penalty abatement because should the return be filed late in the future, you won't be able to use it.

If possible, have access to a fax machine or an electronic fax application so you can send your proof of filing on time to the IRS. If you do have proof of filing on time, you shouldn't have any problem getting the penalty reversed/waived.
