I received a letter on March 9th stating they are checking for accuracy. They accepted my taxes on 2/20/20. My taxes included a tax credit for my child that is 17. With this delay, would this change my credit for her? She turns 18 on March 30, 2020.

Not sure what credit you received for your child---if she was over 16 in 2019 she cannot get the child tax credit, but you could get the $500 credit for other dependents for her.    Did you enter her date of birth correctly?

Yes, I entered her date of birth correctly. It was another credit that raised our refund. I did turbo tax online. I also checked h &r block to see if this refund was right and got the same refund amount. So I feel it is correct.
