I received a letter from the IRS saying they need to further review my return. I received my state return early Feburary and received this letter on 2/14. It also stated they should have a decision in 60 days, but I have not heard from anyone and there is still no update on "Where's my refund?". There is no way for me to contact the IRS right now. What should I do??
