Lost Turbocard while awaiting refund, will it go to lost card or automatically update for replacement card?

Reported Turbocard lost same day that refund was filed to go onto lost card. Will refund go onto new card automatically or to lost card?

Your return will have information for your old card. There is no way for them to know you received a new card.
