Made an amendment by mistake, it says I have to mail it.

I clicked on make an amendment just because I wanted to receive my return as a check instead of a deposit but then realized I couldn't edit that part. Now it says that I have to mail a printed paper but It was a mistake. If I just don't mail anything, the amendment will be canceled or never approved? Or there's any way I can cancel the amendment from the TurboTax app?

How do I cancel or undo an amended return in TurboTax Online?

If you started amending your tax return by accident and would like to cancel the amendment, follow the steps below. You'll need to undo any changes you made during the amendment process.

Open your return if it isn't already open
From the menu, select Cancel Amend
Select Yes, I want to cancel my amended return and Continue
Remove any forms or changes you made to your return before or after the amend process was canceled
Add back in any forms you deleted while amending your return
