My Post Office rejected the Address you provided for Form 8453:

Internal Revenue Service

attn Shipping & Receiving 0254

Receipt and Control Branch

Austin TX [removed]

They dislike line 2 and 3

They state they need (1) a better street address or (2) a PO Box number

Please advise

Yes, the mail address, altho somewhat different from normal format,

is correct. It was accepted by other Postal clerks as acceptable & correct.

I was given incorrect information by an inexperienced Postal employee.
