Mailed tax return and stimulus payment

We filed a paper return on 20th March using Turbo Tax where we owed. Requested an installment program and sent the first installment with return which IRS processed on 25th March. Get my payment states that its 'unable to determine eligibility at this time'. Will we now be waiting until IRS returns to work for our stimulus payment as it was a paper return or as the check was cashed does it mean we are in the system and will be sent our stimulus payment by check?

Are a U.S. citizen or U.S. resident alien;
Cannot be claimed as a dependent on someone else’s return;
Have a Social Security number (SSN) that is valid for employment (valid SSN); and
