Me and my wife are filling jointly. She received her corrected w2 form, in which the medicare and social security tax were corrected. However, the tax return doesn't change at all after I changed these two numbers, which seems not reasonable. Please

Right.  Those numbers don't affect your tax return.  They are not withholding.  They are a tax.  The Social Security tax would only go on your return if you paid too much in more than the max per person.  Then you would get the excess back in your return.

Thanks! Then how do I pay the medicare and social security tax they withhold zero, which is shown on the corrected W2 but is actually not correct..
