Missed a number in bank information for direct deposit

Wrong bank information

If you have already filed the tax return and it has been accepted, you cannot change the bank information. I'm not sure what you mean by "missed a number." If the bank information that you entered is not a valid bank account, the bank will reject the deposit. The IRS will then send a check by mail to the address on your tax return. It will take two or three weeks for that to happen.
