I need a copy of my 2019 1040 form. I cant remember who I filed through. How can I find it?

If you don't remember which service you used to file your return, the simplest way to get a copy is directly from the IRS. If a tax transcript, a special report from the IRS which contains all the information on your return, is sufficient then you can get that from the IRS for free. If you need a copy of the actual return, then you must request it by filing a form with the IRS. You can get that form here:
