I already emailed them but haven’t heard back anything. I understand a lot of us are going through the same thing so those who have successfully gotten your missing money back at a later time please share your experience, knowledge, and point of contacts! I need OUR full refund. First year using TurboTax in 4 years and this is not the experience I was hoping for. Assuming it’s mostly a TPG products issue but turbo tax needs to make this right for everyone.
