Missing information

My return was flagged for information verification.  While looking over my return, I noticed that my spouse's name was not on there, but her SSN was.  This was the only thing I could find that could have been the reason.  However, wouldn't the IRS have not approved it to begin with?  Would this be the issue with the delay?  If so, what do I need to do to correct this?

You should receive a letter from the IRS regarding this.  The letter will provide information on how to proceed.
