Missing payment

my state and federal refund is missing. Irs says they sent payment to bank account on Feb. 23rd. Bank says no such payment was ever made. I checked routing and account number and they are correct. What can I do?!

Please see this information from the IRS as you may need to initiate a trace: https://www.irs.gov/faqs/irs-procedures/refund-inquiries/refund-inquiries-18. This will allow the IRS to contact your bank.

You will need to contact your State Department of Revenue for information on how to resolve your missing state refund.
