Missing refund

After 

After filing taxes TurboTax said that I was going to get $1969 back but they are excess there is only going to give me $559 how is that correct????

    $1400  Did you get the 3 rd stimulus? Did you claim it in your taxes and the IRS declined it because their records show you’ve already received the 3rd stimulus?
