Missing Refund

IRS said they sent me refund on 2/5/24.  I did not receive it.  Called my bank and double checked the routing and account numbers.  They were correct.  Called the IRS and they told me to call TurboTax.  Called TurboTax and can not get a live person the phone.  I am stuck in a loop.  Not sure what to do from here.  Any suggestions?

    Did you use "refund processing" and choose to pay your TurboTax fees from your federal refund?

     

    Your tax refund was not sent to TurboTax.   TurboTax does not handle your refund at all.

     

    Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.
