TurboTax shows that my State Tax return was accepted, but when I contacted the state to find out why I have not received my refund I was told the return was never received. How do I contact TurboTax to refile my return. The program won't let me do so.

You need the DCN, declaration control number for tracking returns. You can fill this form out for someone to call you. Tell them MS is missing your return and you need the DCN. Then you will need to call MS and give them the tracking information.
