I filed my taxes electronically everything looked great I even got an update telling me when my taxes were going to hit my bank which was March 2. I have not received anything. I can’t get an answer from the IRS and I can’t get an answer from TurboTax unless I pay $80 if it was a wrong routing number, do I still get my money back? If so how long does it take? I did not use a new checking or routing number from last year they had my information saved

If you have tracked your return using the Where's My Refund? site and you show a direct deposit date, it should tell you what to do if you don't receive your refund within a certain amount of days. You would want to contact your banking institution to check on your refund. You may want to call the IRS directly, or if you selected to use your refund to pay for your TurboTax fees, the refund and processing would be handled by Santa Barbara Tax Payers Group.
