I erroneously selected that I had a MSA (I later learned the difference between FSA/MSA) but now I can't file until 3/31/2022 according to the website because the IRS hasn't finalized those forms. I can go back and unselect the MSA box, but it doesn't save and I still can't file. How do I get this changed?? I have already paid but can't file.

To resolve your issue:

First, follow these steps to delete Form 8853:

Open or continue your return
Go to Tax Tools >> Tools to open the Tools Center
Click on Delete a form
Click on Delete next to Form 8853

Second, follow these steps to change from MSA to HSA:

Click on Show more next to Less Common Income under Income & Expenses section
Click on Start/Revisit next to 1099-SA, HSA, MSA
Make the change and Continue.
