Multiple accounts

Back in November I was assisted in trying to get all of my accounts merged into one so I would have access to all of my documentation. I was not aware that the email they were sending for verification was only good for 24 hours! I am still needing access to my 2018 returns due to not having printed it off before my computer crashed. Can you give me information on how I can have that resent, or will I have to go through the entire process again?

    You are not able to merge multiple TurboTax accounts. Were you possibly receiving assistance recovering one of your old TurboTax accounts? Since the link has expired, you will need to do the process again.
