Without know what was incorrect on your Form 1099-R no one can help you.

No one can see your tax return or see your screen.

This happened last year when I went to E file and it got fixed... My 1099-R hasn't changed in 10yrs and won't... It should be easy to fix so it can be e filed but I've been getting a run around for an hour now and it's getting old...

Still no reason give whatsoever of what the problem is with the 1099-R.
