Question

My 2015 turbo tax is corrupted and I cannot get access to my return. The return is saved on my computer but I cannot open it and I need to get access to the return.

    Are you saying the TurboTax program is corrupted? You can try deleting the program and reinstalling it. The .tax file of your tax return is stored separately from the program so deleting the program only will not affect your tax return file. 

     

    Did you save a pdf of your tax return on your computer? If so, you don't need the TurboTax program to open it.
