Once you sent your return to the IRS. Then the IRS after processing it, sends it to the bank. The bank will look at the number and the name of the person on file. If it doesn't match the number on file or if its not under your name, or was incorrect they send it back to the IRS. The IRS sends it to Santa Barbara bank (Turbo Tax) There they will issue a check that they will mail to the address on site. One big game of tag it would seem But you will get it your return just most likely through the mail.
