My 2019 tax i filed with turbotax

I filed the other day I was guided through my tax as I was doing them I was told to put my AGI for 2018 on there I couldn't find the paperwork so I found it and entered my agi and something went wrong I tried to efile it and it was rejected now I dont know what to do I cant seem to reach anyone or get into my acct

If your spouse died during 2019 there is a problem efiling and you will have to mail your return

If you can’t get it to efile you will have to print and mail it.

Be sure to attach copies of your W2s and any 1099s that have withholding on them. You have to mail federal and state in separate envelopes because they go to different places. Get a tracking number from the post office when you mail them for proof of filing.
