My account number was entered wrong and my bank sent my refund back, what happens now?

I missed a number when putting in my account number so Chase had to send back my refund after receiving it. Will the refund now be mailed to my address? Is there a way I can track it or find out when/ how I will be receiving it?

if the bank account information you provided is for a closed or invalid account, the government will mail you a refund check. So as long as the address is correct on file, it will be sent through the mail. For mailed returns, allow 5-6 weeks from the postmark date.
