My accountant from last year went ahead and filed my taxes. Is there a way I can cancel that? I want to file myself with Turbo Tax.

No, once a return has been sent you cannot cancel it or get it back. The only way to file with TurboTax is if your return with the accountant gets rejected & he/she does not re-file it.
