My amended return was completed on Friday 4/29/2016 when should I receive the check ???

What is happening when Where's My Amended Return? shows the status is: Completed?
This means your Form 1040X- Amended Tax Return has completed processing resulting in a refund, balance due, or no tax change. This timeframe also means all correspondence related to the processing of your amended tax return has been mailed to you.

Now it is up to the postal service to deliver it to you.

Did you MAIL the 1040X Amended return? Amended returns can not be efiled only mailed and they can take 16 weeks to process.
