Question

My bank is First National Bank and when I enter it into the bank information box, it doesn't show an option for it. How do I fix this?

If you're referring to entering your banking information for direct deposit of direct debit (in the FILE portion of your TurboTax interview), you don't enter the actual name of your bank. You'll enter your routing number, which identifies your financial institution. Then you'll enter your account number.
