Question

My bank locked my card, tried calling automated voice messaging system keeps hanging up on me and still currently on hold for over an hour, how do i unlock my card?

If you have a Turbo Debit Card, you will need to call customer service. Please click here for the TurboTax Visa Debit Card phone number and don't choose option 2, it will repeat a few times then you will get more options.

If you mean your personal bank's card, then you will need to call the number on the back of your card.
