There may have been a transmission issue. If you are unsure if you successfully e-filed your tax return you can check in TurboTax to see your current status to ensure they were transmitted properly You'll find it in Tax Home after sign in. Please see this TurboTax FAQ for more information: https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/return-status/help/how-do-i-check-my-e-file-status/00/25538.
