My card for my return this year was sent to the card I used a year prior but I lost the card and my return is on that card how do I get a new card with my return on it

You have not mentioned the kind of card you had, so we cannot tell you how to get a new one.  Was it a TurboTax card?  A Credit Karma card?  Something else?
