My card was cancelled due to fraud that im supposed to recive my refund on can i change it to check by chance

Yes, if the information you provided for direct deposit is for a closed or invalid account the government will mail you a refund check to the address listed on your tax return. It will delay the process as the bank will first need to reject the funds and then the IRS will issue the check.
