My checking account was charged but I haven't efiled my taxes yet. How do I get that money refunded?

Is it possible you paid for the Deluxe product upfront? It is currently $31.99. You can see what you were charged for. Click on Tax Tools from the Menu on the left side in your return. Click Tools then My Fees. This will give you a breakdown of any charges.
This FAQ will provide you the steps to contact an agent, if a refund is needed.
