My city tax return has the do not file watermark on it and I received an e-mail saying those documents are ready to file. How do I print new one?

Even though I received an e-mail saying the city tax paperwork was ready when I download my tax return to print the city section to mail in it still has the do not file watermark. I need the updated version. How do I get this to print and mail in?

That was not helpful. The paperwork is ready and those steps to print don't show up. Both my federal and state returns have been excepted. I need to file the city return and can't until the watermark is removed.

This is so frustrating!! Turbo Tax needs to get it together and remove the water marks on approved city tax forms! Had this issue last year and ended up having to redo the entire form by hand. May file elsewhere next year. Tired of the canned responses that are essentially worthless! REMOVE THE WATERMARK!!! Lots of people are having the same issue. I need to file by 4/30!!!!

Try using this procedure to get a tax return without the watermark -

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.

This will take you back to the 2021 online tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen. Then click on Print Center. Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return. Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets
