My Colorado refund still doesn't show as processing on their tracker after nearly a month. Is anyone else having this issue? My federal refund was received two weeks ago

Many folks have the opposite problem, so all you can do is wait. Per Colorado:

Fraud detection, along with verification that claims made on an individual income tax return are valid and that documentation is submitted with the returns, could delay individual income tax refunds up to 60 days beyond the time frames of prior years
