Question

My daughter claimed herself on her tax return that she already submitted. now we cannot claim her. Not sure what to do as it increased what we owe by $500.

If she filed her tax return incorrectly then have her amend her tax return and change her dependency status.  An amended tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed.  The IRS will take up to 4 months to process the amended tax return.

See this TurvrboTax support FAQ for amending a 2019 tax return - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/tax-topics/help/how-do-i-amend-a-2019-return-in-turbotax/01/1238456#M4600

You can file your tax return to include her as your dependent, but will have to print and mail the return since she filed her return before you and her return was accepted by the IRS.  If you are owed a tax refund on your tax return then the IRS will pay the refund.

See this TurboTax support FAQ for printing a tax return for mailing - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/printing/help/how-do-i-print-and-mail-my-return-in-turbotax-online...
