My deposit came from SBTPG LLC i have tried to search those documents and it will not let me print 2019

Regarding accessing your 2019 tax return; if it was filed using Turbo Tax, please ensure that you are logging in with the same account as you used prior - having multiple Turbo Tax accounts can cause issues in this case.
