My deposit date is 2/24/25 and I paid for the 5 days early so will my refund deposit 2/19/25? I bank with Chase.

You should get an email from TurboTax when your refund is on its way. If you don't receive your refund by the end of today, you will get a follow-up email from TurboTax telling you why they weren't able to deposit your funds on time, and you will get a refund of the $25 fee if you were charged.

My tax record says refund issued 2/24/25 I paid for 5 days early as well. but my account doesn't show anything yet.

Mine too! Says the same, and I paid for it to be early. Should have been here today and it's not. Can't get an answer. This is the 3rd year this has happened with TurboTax and I'm getting annoyed! I won't be using TurboTax anymore after this year for this reason. I never got a refund for the money I paid for it to be early either!

I don't think it makes sense at all really, they advertised us to use credit Carma and get it 5 days early but it's not true. And the refund advance usually doesn't work either. Turbotax needs to change who they work with or change their advertising because it's definitely false advertising. I was forced to pay for max because I thought it would help but nothing works
