My DOCS 2017 Return Missing

I've found a return on the previous years, but not in my DOC's, and it shows started but not filed for 2017 anyone know what this is?

Just don't remember owing this in 2017 and think we're missing something here, and would the IRS allow you to get a refund this year if you still owed from 2017 or previous years?

You may well have more than one TurboTax account, this is common, so what you are seeing is not the account where the 2017 tax return was completed and filed.

You have to sign onto your 2017 online account using the exact same user ID you used to create the 2017 online account.

Close all TurboTax windows on your web browser (including this one). Copy and paste the account recovery website link onto a new web browser window and run the tool.

Use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of all the user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery

If none of the user ID's received will access your 2017 account, then use the option shown in blue on the account recovery website, "Try something else"
