My e-payment to Federal Government never happened?

My Federal taxes was completed & e-filed, with confirmation of accepted 3/4/2020. BUT, my e-payment to the IRS was never taken out of my bank account.

My refund of my State tax return was deposited though.

What happened & can you resubmit it?

Did you choose to have your federal taxes direct-debited from your bank account? You can review the method you chose to make payment of your federal tax liability by using the info I'm linking below. Review the info you entered for accuracy. Did you enter the correct bank account? What date did you schedule the direct debit for?
