Question

My e-signature only reads my first name. How do I change this before I e-sing my tax form. Can someone please help me.

First make sure you entered your first and last name in the Personal information section and then try the e-file process again. If your first name is still only appearing your full name will be certified electronically when you complete your birthdate and filing date.
