My employer is not mailing our w2s and I don't know how to obtain a copy of it.

Then how are they providing the W-2's to you?  Is there a website you can go to for the W-2?

Your employer was required by law to get the W-2 to you no later than Jan 31.   Talk to your employer.  Some employers make it available on a website.
