My employer sent me my W2 with an incorrect EIN number. I filed my taxes with it and they were accepted. Do I need to amend my return?

No, you do not need to amend your tax return to correct an employer's EIN. This does not affect your tax return.

No, the W2 will match the one that the IRS received.  You don't need to do anything, it is your employer's responsibility to correct their error.
