He claimed me without my permission. Is there anything I can do about this? I read that dependents will get a stimulus next year? But I’m not technically a dependent. So I’m confused. Am I just completely screwed of getting the stimulus?

If you qualify then you will be able to apply for the credit by filing a 2020 tax return next year.

IRS says:

"Generally, you are eligible to claim the Recovery Rebate Credit, if you were a U.S. citizen or U.S. resident alien in 2020, are not a dependent of another taxpayer for tax year 2020,"

You need to make sure he doesn't do it again.
