Question

My ex wife got all of my stimulus money. Her bank account was on our tax returns last year. Do I have to claim that I got it even though she took it all?

If you filed a joint return and the stimulus payments were issued based on that return then yes, you will claim your portion of the stimulus payment was received.  The IRS has recorded the payments by social security number.
