My fed and state say accept so itisnt rejeced right? How do i get status

Correct, if your e-file status shows "Accepted", the IRS did not reject your return and it passed their initial check.

You can track your State refund here - How do I track my state refund?

Here is the general timeline of e-filed returns:

Transmission > Acceptance > Processing > Approval > Refund.
