My form is stating for 2019- I need to file for 2018- what do I need to change? Also is says I have a $0 refund from federal, does that mean I owe anything ?

The TurboTax online editions are only for tax year 2019.

A $0 dollar refund just means you are not receiving a tax refund.

If you are not needing to file a 2019 tax return then clear the return.

If you have not paid for the online edition you are using, have not filed your tax return or registered the Free edition, then you can clear your return. Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the program screen while working on the 2019 online tax return. Click on Clear & Start Over.

To complete a 2018 tax return using TurboTax you would need to purchase, download and install on a personal computer one of the 2018 desktop editions from this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

A 2018 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed.
