My Georgia state refund was accepted but it's been over 90 days and I haven't received it plus they have no record of it

The Georgia website says it can take "more than 90 business days" to receive a refund; i.e., a little over 4 months.

No record using what means--in their online "Where's My Refund" tool, or when you spoke to someone at the GA DOR?

If you efiled, double-check with this tool to be sure it was accepted:

If that confirms it was accepted, but you can't find info in the GA refund status tool, you can phone the GA DOR to inquire, if you haven't already.
