Question

My husband received the second stimulus check and did not give me my part. That is why I showed I did not receive it.

I don't know how to enter it because it was actually direct deposited into his account.  How do you answer that question?

It's most likely gone.. that would be something you would have to work out with him or you can call the police and show the report to the irs so they can trace your money and charge him for stealing.

Well.... sorry.....but if the  stimulus was issued to your SSN then you have to say so on your own tax return.   The fact that your spouse was greedy and kept it from you is not a reason for the IRS to send it to you again.   You have to resolve that with your spouse.   Or....if attorneys are involved, get the attorney into it.   But the IRS is not going to issue another stimulus check because you and your spouse had problems sharing.
