It would depend on what was listed in the box twelve, but normally no, since box twelve is used to determine how other information on the W-2 is taxed.

You can prepare an amended return in TurboTax and enter the W-2 to be sure. If you don't see an additional refund or amount due after you prepare the amended return, then you don't need to file it or worry about the additional W-2 you received.

You should see an option to prepare an amended return on your home page after you log into TurboTax.
