My income tax printout did not include a cover page, which I always received other years. How do I find and print the cover page for my 2024 income tax return?

the cover page gives you the effective tax rate, refund amount, agi amount, taxable income, total tax, total payments and credits.

I know what is on the cover page, my problem is that it did not print when I printed my income tax after completion. I've been told this has been an issue this year with many tax filers, so if anyone out there knows how to print the cover page this year, let me know. Thanks
